I became a therapist because I'm endlessly curious about what it means to be human, how we adapt, what gives our lives meaning, and how our histories shape who we become. My work is grounded in rhythmic attunement, a cyclically-informed lens that pays attention to the personal, relational, and seasonal rhythms we often lose touch with, especially under pressure to override them.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, perfectionism, and questions of identity and purpose. My approach is warm, curious, and depth-oriented; I'm interested not just in symptoms, but in the deeper patterns beneath them. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and somatic perspectives, adjusting to each client's needs.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor trained at Pacifica Graduate Institute, I bring a strong grounding in depth psychology to my work. Together, we'll build a relationship where you feel genuinely seen and work toward self-trust, clarity, and new ways of moving through your life.
