Sacred Motherhood
This is a group intended to create community for mothers and process the unique struggles and triumphs of the motherhood journey. The goal is to build safety and sense of belonging in a time where isolation has become such a common experience, especially in the realm of raising a family.
Relational Somatics
In this group we will use the relational field of the group to build safety in community with others and explore relational dynamics that arise in the present moment. We will work to take responsibility in relationships and step into vulnerability in an effort to heal attachment wounds in real time.
