It’s an exploration of the depth of our psychology and body to meet yourself, life, what’s alive
in each moment with supportive perspectives and ways.

The aim of this course it to introduce you to a healing cosmology that can hold you through all of life’s great turnings as well as equip you with practices that allow for greater embodiment and connection with the world around you.

This course is made up of 8 videos meant to progressively orient you to a way of viewing your psyche through the depth psychological lens of alchemy and inner parts work and then weaving in practices that help up communicate with the slow and sometimes mysterious language of the body through sound, movement, and touch. The intention is to leave you with tangible takeaways that will support your nervous system and in turn your relationships and your life.
